    Nice! what type of earrings?

Honestly I really don't know what I want. Like there is lots of things I need, but not sure if needing a new bra is the same as wanting something.

I would really like a new car and a holiday, but I also need a new car as mine is a bout to poop itself. And I cant really see anyone giving me a holiday lol

They're gold coloured hook earrings that have hands dangling from them. They look really cool!

Nope, I also ask for bras for Christmas. When they're $80+ it's good enough.

@Aunt_Flo the earrings sound so cool!
Agree about the bras too! And underwear as well - always appreciate a nice pair of knickers that aren't just from a basic 5-pack!
I'd love a jumpsuit or culottes from Gorman! They're so pricey so it may need to be a Christmas + Birthday present!

@peachy Gorman is always on my list!

@champagnepapi oh I am with you!

New paints or an easel is on the top of my reality-wish list.

@HoneyPot ooooh is he a crafty/arty sort of person? These sites (1, 2) host lots of interesting how-to events like building terrariums, making cheese, welding. I really enjoyed studying Spanish with The Spanish Cat but there are a bunch of other language schools that offer vouchers if he wants to learn a language!

Hahaha @champagnepapi what a great list!!!

Gorman is always on my wish-list.  loving those GormanxTwoobs shoes at the moment!!

Did everyone get spoilt?  I had 'friendsmas' for the second time this year - 6 of us went away together to the beach (we booked it a year ago) and we just ate cheese plates, didn't do any presents and went swimming heaps! It was nice to get away from it all!

Happy Birthday @Aunt_Flo hope you had a good one!!

    :)

@EarthMama it was pretty bliss! What did you get up to??
  • EarthMamaEarthMama Posts: 149 Mod Squad
@stephaniaaaah I don't actually celebrate Christmas! But I truly love the day because it is an excuse to shut out the world. I had lovely lunch with my family and made dumplings and watched movies. I was pretty blissed out too <3

There you go @EarthMama I didn't start celebrating Christmas until I was about 21! But not as in the birth of christ - more just an opportunity to eat good food and buy myself presents  :D Dumplings are life.

So wonderful @stephaniaaaah ! I once read about people who marked every festival/holiday from every culture and country they knew of and attempted to celebrate it in some way- through food, action or conversation. Celebration really has this exquisite way of breaking the monotony of every day life, which is clearly something we need more of in our culture!
